Is it weird to love a medical supply company? All American Medical supply has been so helpful with my CPAP fitting and ordering process. They are so responsive and kind. They helped me to understand what would be required for insurance and made sure I knew what was required as far as scheduling a follow up visit with my doctor. This saved me hundreds of dollars as I was able to convert my rental to a purchase before the end of the calendar year. The fitting itself went very well and they helped do every from install the device app to test out how the fit was when lying down. They are so easy to contact and communicate with. They are extremely careful about COVID precautions, and their space is very bright and cheery. Compared to my husband's experience with a CPAP supply company that never returns calls, I'm so glad I read the reviews first!
